It is not weakness. And it certainly is not something to feel guilty about. When the parent is regulated, the home becomes steadier. When the parent is well, the child receives from a place of strength, not exhaustion.
This Sunday at Together We Can (TWC), we are having an honest conversation about reclaiming your health without guilt. The emotional load, the silent burnout, and how we begin to build steady rhythms that support us too.
